Release Notes

2026.10.04

Features

  • Open the desktop command palette with ⌘ K to find and run calendar actions or jump to another page.
  • Use keyboard shortcuts in the desktop calendar to create, edit, or delete events, change views, and move between dates. Arrow keys select a time slot, and Enter starts a new event there.
  • View your events in a monthly list alongside the existing calendar views.

Updates

  • Copy meeting links directly from event details to share them more easily.
  • Page-specific actions now appear beside the page heading, with desktop navigation and commands in the window’s top bar.

Fixes

  • The desktop app now restores your saved language and appearance preferences when it starts.

2026.10.02

Features

  • Chronock for macOS is now available. Use Chronock from a desktop app and view saved calendars while offline. Download it from our GitHub repository.
  • Choose Sunday or Monday as the first day of your calendar week.

Updates

  • Calendar changes now start appearing sooner, while consecutive updates are grouped to keep the calendar responsive.

  • Improved calendar event colors to keep text readable on both light and dark backgrounds.

  • Preview new events directly on the calendar as you enter their title, date, and time. The calendar follows your changes so you can see where the event will be saved.

Fixes

  • Existing events remain visible while the desktop calendar refreshes in the background or when you return to the app.
  • Events that span midnight now appear at the correct times on each day.
  • Improved the display of short and overlapping events so they are easier to read and interact with.
  • Events you decline are now hidden from the integrated calendar. They appear again if you accept the invitation.
  • Improved signing in from the desktop app, including account switching and retrying expired sign-in links.
