Zoom Settings for Chronock

This document explains how to connect Zoom with Chronock, how to use it when creating booking slots, and how to uninstall the integration if needed.

Introduction

When you connect Chronock with Zoom, a Zoom meeting URL is automatically created and attached to each booking at the time the reservation is made.

Installation

Follow the steps below to connect your Zoom account.

  1. Log in to Chronock.

  2. Open the Settings screen and select the Calendar tab.

  3. In the Zoom section, click the “Connect Zoom” button.

Usage

  • When configuring a booking slot, select Zoom as the meeting tool.
  • When a guest makes a reservation, Chronock issues a Zoom meeting URL automatically.

Uninstallation

How to Uninstall:

  • Login to your Zoom Account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
  • Click Manage > Added Apps or search for "Chronock".
  • Click the "Remove" button.
